OVERVIEW

 

Candidates are typically assessed using a variety of assessment activities, exercises and tools. These may include presentations, group discussions, interviews and ability tests. We take seriously the following, but not limited to, critical factors during the design of assessment center and assessment of people:

Soft Skills: An individual's ability to build rapport with other people.

Potential: Career potential, highlighting areas of strength and areas for development.

Cognitive Abilities: An individual's aptitude for learning and their ability to apply new and abstract information. Comprehension skills and spatial awareness are also assessed.

Cultural Fit: The match of an individual’s attitude and value system with the overall company culture and value system.

Values and Motives: An individual's work ethic and personal motivators within a business environment.

Technical Competency: Individual competence in the required technical aspects of a position.

Reliability and Character: An individual's reliability and character through reference checks and reports from people who have previously worked alongside the individual.

Personality: Personality/Behavioral fit with the required and predefined Behavioral Competencies including team dynamics and management/leadership.
